Amazing time!
Such a pretty hotel, really lovely setting. Slightly further out of town than expected but easy walk in. Not cheapest option but great value for money & great breakfast, highly recommend. Really helpful staff but limited English- google translate needed.

QUASE PERFEITA!
A pousada é legal, localização ótima...pessoal muito atenciosos, principalmente o Serginho...super prestativo...quando estava em serviço fazia um cafezinho pra nós, aliás acho que deveria ser incorporado como cortesia aos hóspedes que chegam cansados dos passeios no final da tarde...é tudo de bom e revigorante. Fica a dica! Chamo a atenção para alguns detalhes na manutenção: 1) No box do banheiro não tem porta sabonete/shampoo...tem que deixar no chão...ouvi outros hóspedes reclamando disso também, inclusive era uma hóspede com dificuldade de se abaixar...2) o friso (acabamento em aluminio) do box estava solto, caiu várias vezes...isso pode causar um acidente grave visto que é pesado e pontiagudo. 3) válvula da descarga desregulada (meu marido consertou)...são detalhes simples de se resolver e que fazem a maior diferença para o conforto dos hóspedes.

Foi ruim, saímos um dia antes do final da reserva, pois o quarto não tinha internet, o ambiente estava úmido e quando perguntamos na recepção foi informado que aqueles quartos realmente não tinham internet e que não era possível trocar de quarto. As instalações são antigas, enferrujadas, em especial o banheiro. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Custo-benefício ruim.

Pousada antiga com pouca manutenção. Moveis antigos e mal conservados nos quartos e banheiro. Banheiro tinha mofo na área do box, não tinha janela e o exaustor era muito barulhento. Lençóis e toalhas limpos, ambiente em geral estava limpo. Café da manhã razoável, poucas opções mas saboroso. As xicaras estavam sujas por dentro, tive que escolher entre várias para achar uma limpa.

A pousada é muito bonita, quarto aconchegante e limpo. Apenas um ponto de atenção: o estacionamento fica sempre com portão aberto e não vimos câmeras de segurança para monitorar quem entra e sai do estacionamento.

A estadia na pousada deixou um pouco a desejar. As instalações não condizem com as fotos apresentadas na hora da reserva. O Quarto poderia ser mais conservado. A TV não funcionou em nenhum dia. O vaso ficava entupido. Teve uma noite que apareceu um morcego no quatro. Na reserva oferecem serviço de lavanderia, mas quando fui solicitar, fui informada que não tinham o serviço. No momento da reserva, escolhi uma opção com valor maior para que o pagamento fosse feito somente no chek-in e logo após a reserva cobraram a metade do valor. Enfim, ficou bem abaixo da expectativa.
