Ein schönes Hotel am Rand von Bonito. Man kommt zu Fuß in 10Min direkt in die Innenstadt. Die Hotelzimmer sind kleine Apartments, sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Morgens wird ein gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet angeboten. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In Summe hat es mir gut gefallen und ich kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Boa opção em Bonito
Hotel é novo e de fácil localização. Possui estacionamento externo e quartos amplos e confortáveis. O banheiro apresentou problemas na descarga e a porta é de vidro e sem tratamento acústico nenhum o que pode ser problemas quando compartilhando o quarto com outros.

O hotel Promenade é algo que eu denomino como prático. Ele tem um excelente espaço interno, com cozinha, e espaço para lavar roupas de banho e estender. Ele tem o extremo do bom de tudo que é básico. Chuveiro não é o mais sensacional, mas é o extremo do excelente para o básico. Cama igualmente! Aliás, se a cama fosse maior eu não escolheria outro lugar pra ficar. Eu gostei bastante. Para uma estadia ok não acho que existe algo melhor. Tudo praticamente novo, o que eu aprecio bastante, longe do barulho, mas perto ao mesmo tempo. Café da manhã bem completo. São só alguns detalhes pra pessoas muito exigentes, como meu caso, mas que podem ser relevadas com tranquilidade. O serviço de quarto é excelente! No geral, a estadia foi muito muito boa!!!

Promenade hotel novo mas com muitos problemas
o Hotel é novo, cama confortavel, travesseiros muito grande bem ruim para dormir, estacionamento bom, piscina pequena com um guarda sol somente, cafe da manha otimo, espaço do cafe da manha ruim muito pequeno, ficam pessoas esperando vaga para sentar, bem chato isso, pratos e talheres tambem tem que ficar esperando ate que estejam disponiveis, acho que tem a a quantidade é pequena para o numero de hospedes, o portao é manual e os hospedes que tem que abrir e fechar. Tive problemas no check in, pois não acharam minha reserva, mas resolveram me hospedando para resolver depois, pessoal atencioso, restaurante não funciona, fiquei na piscina na manha e ninguem me ofereceu nem agua, acho que falta muito para ser um bom hotel, tirando as instalações que sao novas e boas., não me hospedaria novamente neste hotel
