Liebe Sabrina, schön, dass wir Sie als Gast in unserem Haus begrüßen durften und Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben uns zu bewerten. Wir wissen, dass das nicht selbstverständlich ist und nehmen Ihr Feedback sehr ernst um damit stetig unsere Qualität zu verbessern und lückenlos zu garantieren. Es tut uns sehr Leid, dass Sie mit der Sauberkeit Ihres Zimmers & des Wellness Bereiches nicht zufrieden waren. Sie können sich sicher sein, dass das absolut nicht unserem Standard entspricht und wir die genannten Details bereits mit den entsprechenden Abteilungen besprochen haben. Bezüglich des Fahrstuhls ist es in der Tat so, dass einer aufgrund eines Defekts nicht in Betrieb ist. Uns ist bewusst, dass es dazu zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen kann. Aber auch hier geht die Sicherheit unserer Gäste vor und wir sind bereits unter Hochdruck dabei das Problem zu beheben.
