Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota on the Ridge, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs (stair access only) condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Beautiful Snow and Mountain Views!
We had a great time and loved the location! The Mountain View’s were great and we were very blessed to see a beautiful snow while we were there. Our two grandkids, ages 2 and 4 got to see snow and go sledding at the sledding Hill at Beech Mountain for the first time. The location was within 20 minutes to some of our favorite places including Sugar Mountain resort, Boone and Appalachian State University where we graduated from, and Grandfather Mountain. The Condo was very updated and clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the living area was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures.A great family vacation!!!

We came to Boone to tour Appalachian State with our Senior. We found the PERFECT place to rest and relax in. This place was everything it said it would be. Unit was extremely clean and very quiet! My only advise is to read emails and follow directions from the property managment before you arrive. We booked last minute and I didn't follow directions. Cellular service is hit or miss in the area.

We had a great time during our visit. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we loved the view from the back deck. Amenities on the property were great and well maintained. Everything was as stated in the listing but on the last night in the rental we found a mouse in the kitchen. We notified the rental management company and asked that they call us back, but no one ever followed up. We will not stay at this property again.
