The first time we stayed, spot on. The second time we stayed,the room had a funny smell but we told reception and they gave us some air freshener and then was ok. They remembered our request for a room with conditions and they met them! Will be back!!! Roger and Sue England.

The suite was very basic and old, it needs updating. The tiles in the bathroom were falling off, there is no Mirror except for in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was OK. There is plenty of parking, the location is good for only those who are driving. Overpriced for what you get.

Great value

Arrived late and called the help number on the door. Spoke to a very pleasant staff member who advised where our room was and that our keys were inside . Room clean today and comfortable - great value for money.

In transit

Unfortunately it is not that near the airport or public transport and the taxi fare was extortionate. On arrival the receptionist could not find my booking despite giving them my name and code, thus necessitating having to give them my bank card number so I hope I haven't been charged twice! Due to it being Friday evening the desk was closing around 2100 hours and not due to re-open until mid-morning the following day, after I was leaving. No wake up call was available and there were neither shops nor restaurants in the area.
