Domaine de Galland-Dast Nature & Design
Relaxation, comfort and design in the heart of a green setting open to the lively spectacle of the Garonne, a stone's throw from the major tourist sites of Gironde.
On arrival, first discover this old winery completely renovated, with typical architecture from the 60s and located on a former 3-hectare wine estate, at the gateway to Entre-Deux-Mers.
Then: the exceptional view of the Garonne - this preserved place in the heart of nature is ideal for recharging your batteries between the cocoon of the house, the wide open spaces of the park and its leisure activities - swimming pool, pediment, trampoline, walks - the peaceful company of our Iberian horses, cats and chickens.
The atypical configuration of the place is also conducive to rest. With its two independent and close wings, the house is ideal for successful stays in an extended tribe where everyone can preserve their privacy while fully experiencing the sharing of the reunited group.
Guided tour:
In the living room, TV, Wifi, board games for adults and children, books and everything you need for the kitchen (furniture for young children possible on request).
Two independent bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and toilets complete this part of the house.
In the loggia with vintage stained glass windows (equipped with blackout curtains for the night), a bedroom on the ground floor and a mezzanine-cabin just above, a PMR shower room and toilets.
Outside: a private enclosed garden with outdoor table, bbq to extend the summer evenings. The sheltered patio connecting the two wings of the house is also equipped with garden furniture and table football for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors whatever the weather!
Near the permaculture vegetable garden and the young citrus orchard, just opposite your accommodation, a fully enclosed shared swimming pool, a trampoline, a pediment for ball and racket games.
A private parking space is reserved for you in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
It can accommodate up to three cars.
20 minutes by car: Bordeaux center, Entre-Deux-Mers, its bastides and old castles, the Bordeaux wine route and Grands Crus, the famous writer Montesquieu, ...
45 minutes by car: Arcachon and the Dune du Pyla, ocean beaches, Saint-Émilion and its Grands Crus, Blaye and its Vauban citadel, Mauriac, Montaigne, ...
