Villa au Cap Benat village les fourches
Villa agréable, superbe vu au calme bien équipée ; propre. Point a ameliorer : climatisation inexistante dans la chambre du rez et également dans la chambre parentale . Il y a un seul split pour toute la maison (dans le sejour ) Salon de jardin en très mauvais état mise a part les transats. Je recommande quand même. Merci pour l'accueil .

Emplacement paradisiaque mais maison inconfortable
L’environnement de la maison est exceptionnel En revanche pour six adultes et deux adolescents, elle est totalement inadadaptée. Les deux chambres à l’étage sont correctes pour un couple avec deux petits-enfants (lits superposés)En revanche les chambres du bas sont très inconfortables(odeur de renfermé,décoration datée ,pas de penderie … Il faut passer par la deuxième minuscule chambre pour accéder à la salle de douche au pommeau cassé et au robinet uniquement d’eau froide sur le vieux lavabo. Cet étage est à réserver à des adolescents adeptes du camping… L’équipement électroménager laisse aussi beaucoup à désirer. Uncongélateur, hors d’usage et une machine à laver des années 70 Pas de four mais une petite rôtissoire améliorée unréfrigérateur qui a dû être réparé en cours de séjour, car la porte ne fermait pas . Quel dommage, car cette maison est extraordinairement bien placée La piscine est jolie et nous n étions bien que dehors il manquerait vraiment peu pour qu’elle soit agréable. Nous ne regrettons pas nos vacances, le tarif est en rapport avec les prestations,,car le Gaou benat est une destination privilégiée qui a un coût . , Il faut juste être maximum 6 dans cette maison impossible pour 8 adultes .. il faut le savoir .

Family meeting
Very nice house and pool. We enjoyed the view end liked to barbecue. The rooms downstairs are not as nice as the others, the beds very short for adults.
