hôtel très bien situé,

Pros: Sa situation, son côté historique
Cons: l'isolation phonique
Hôtel historique, très bien situé près des centres d'intérêts de Bosa, facile pour se garer, personnel très agréable.

Ueberbucht

Kamen im Hotel an und dort wurde uns gesagt, dass es kein Zimmer für uns gäbe und sie uns informiert hätten. Was??? Wann denn informiert??? Ja, sie hätten uns eine SMS geschrieben. Und ja, tatsächlich, eine Stunde bevor wir angekommen sind, kam ein SMS, die wir aber erst vor Ort gesehen haben. Es gäbe ein Problem mit dem Bad auf unserem Zimmer aber sie würden uns in ein Partnerhotel umbuchen. Ok, ist wohl nichts zu machen, dachten wir uns. Das Partnerhotel war überhaupt nicht auf dem gleichen Standart. Das Zimmer (ausserhalb vom Hotel) roch extrem modrig und wir hatten ständig eine Überschwemmung im Bad, haben aber nichts gesehen, woher das Wasser kommt, es ist bloss nie trocken geworden sondern die Pfütze immer grösser. Das beste kam am Abend, als wir uns duschen wollten. KEIN WARM WASSER!!! Das Zimmer sah aus wie eine Höhle, Fenster auf die Piazza, wo gerade ein Geburtstagsfest stattfand. Die Leute sassen auf unserem Fenstersims! Wir beschwerten uns beim ursprünglich gebuchten Hotel und fanden ziemlich schnell heraus, dass es dort nicht etwa ein Problem mit unserem Bad gab, sondern dass sie eine Buchung von einer Gruppe erhalten haben, die ihnen natürlich mehr Geld einbrachte als wir mit nur einer Buchung für 1 Nacht. Somit war das Hotel ausgebucht und wir wurden abgeschoben, obwohl unsere Reservation früher eingegangen ist!!!!! GEHT ÜBERHAUPT NICHT!!!!! Personal extrem unfreundlich!! Wenigstens bekamen wir ein gratis Nachtessen.
