The space
Our newly designed home is the perfect choice for your Greater Boston travel experience. It features a custom chef's kitchen and a beautiful open concept living area, providing a relaxing and convenient getaway for friends, families, and colleagues.

The space is thoughtfully designed to accommodate large groups, with a professionally crafted layout. The indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. For those working remotely or traveling for work, there is a dedicated workspace with a desk available.

All bathrooms are meticulously maintained and equipped with essential toiletries and plush cotton towels. Additionally, there is a bus stop right in front of the house, providing easy access to the Adams village center train station in just 10 minutes.

There are 3 car parking spots.

@ WELL NOTE: - BE ACCURATE about the number of guests when booking and rectify the matter before arriving. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a TV, and can accommodate up to 16 guests simultaneously. We will open the bedroom corresponding to the number of guests you registered on Vrbo depending on the types of bed. Thanks for your honesty!

There are security cameras OUTSIDE ONLY around the house for safety reason (entrance, parking, back yard if yes)

Please note that hosting parties, events, or social gatherings is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund, and your security deposit will be forfeited.

We kindly ask that you refrain from organizing any parties or events, including bachelor or bachelorette groups. To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are in effect after 10:00 PM. We request that you respect the neighborhood and avoid loud conversations on the decks after this time. Please be aware that failure to comply with these guidelines or inviting unregistered guests without prior approval may result in the termination of your reservation at the host's discretion, and no refund will be provided.

By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that the hosts are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during their stay.
