Terrific Overnight Stay
We stayed at the Boston Marriott Copley Place as part of an annual trip (from nearby New Hampshire) to Boston before Christmas with friends to see the Christmas Pops show at Symphony Hall. The room had a great view of the Back Bay, though we spent little time in it other than sleeping! But the hotel is conveniently located to just about everything. An unexpected bonus was to receive a $30 credit for the Yard House Restaurant, which we used after the show and we also received complimentary tickets for VIEW BOSTON at the top of the Prudential Center. We had not been there since it was called Top of the Hub. That was AMAZING! Everyone at the Hotel was friendly and professional.

It was really nice and customer service was great but st night time there was homeless people near our car with a needle in their arm and then there was a drunk girl in the elevator with her clothes off

Personal belongings from previous occupier was found in room and full of dirt. Mattress is so deformed and difficult to sleep. Remember the destination fee and you will have to work your brain out to understand the fee before you can relax for your holiday.
