Relocated twice days before check-in
3 days before our scheduled check-in, I was notified that there was an emergency at the property that I booked and that I needed to be relocated to a different property.The first property they were relocating me to had fewer amenities than the original, i.e. no TV or Coffee maker on premises, but I complied and re-arranged our trip itinerary accordingly.On the day of check-in, I was notified that once again, we needed to be relocated 3 hours before we were scheduled to arrive at the 2nd property.The 3rd property was missing the one amenity we cared about most: private parking.I told the property manager I felt a partial refund for the inconvenience was in order, and I was completely ignored.I understand emergencies happen, but the management of the situation was incredibly poor.
