As soon as we opened the door, the smell of old stale fragrance smacked us in the face. The phone didn’t work. Bathroom fan didn’t work. The room was HOT. Most of the outlets didn’t work. Couldn’t take towels from the pool back to the room- froze our butts off dripping wet. Breakfast was reasonably priced and actually very good. The decor is dated and the room is dim. For the price we expected perfection.

Our stay at the Doubletree North shore was great. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. And of course the cookies were perfect.

I showed up after pre-paying (over paying in my opinion) for a room only to find out that the hotel had given my room away. The staff was very unhelpful, with one front desk staff being annoyed she even had to help. I was one of three other reservations that had same issue checking in around the same time.

Very disappointed. Reservation was 4 adults the room was set up for 2. There was something else going on so the regular gust were inconvenienced to the regular restaurant and the bar. We were told we would get a continental breakfast at check in went down and you had to buy your breakfast. The a/c kept turning off too many more to mention

The hotel room was great! We had been on the road for 12 hours the previous day and was hoping to enjoy the free pool. Unfortunately, they closed it early, the kids were all ready to go and bam. It's closed early. Other than that everything was great! Staff were very friendly and the hotel was beautiful! Would stay there again.
