The room left much to be desired. I found hair in both the shower and on the bed, and the room was in clear need of repairs. The bathroom counter was cracked, and the outlet was hanging loosely from the wall. A lot of the finish work appeared rushed and poorly done. On the positive side, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated having streaming options on the TV. However, the walls were quite thin—I could hear children and a baby next door, which made it very noisy. Additionally, the pool was under maintenance during my stay. The lobby was pleasant, breakfast was decent, and the location was convenient, especially being close to Minute Man Park and the highway. Overall, I’m unsure if I would stay here again. I expect a higher standard from Marriott and Westin.

The room was very nice with a lounge area, TV and desk area, a small but functional kitchen, bathroom with counter storage and a nice size bedroom. More than ample closet space. We chose it because it was pet friendly. The laundry was easy to use with an app. It was located right near downtown Lexington going one way and the historical sites the other. The breakfast buffet was not great, but ok.

Hotel is right next to busy, noisy freeway. Hallways and elevator dirty. Motel grade breakfast. Room doors must be slammed to close and latch. Dated decor in rooms. Noisy air conditioning. No restaurants or shopping within walking distance.

Nothing in the room worked:dishwasher, toilet flush, phone,etc. Reported as soon as we got there. Very rude desk clerk offered to switch us to an accessible room with a box fridge on the floor and no freezer. He meanwhile offered someone on the phone a 1 bedroom room so there were some available but would have been an "upgrade" for us as we had booked a studio. We were not offered the 1 bedroom and absolutely nothing was fixed during our stay.Other guests complained that their AC was not working, the phone was not working. It was one of the worst places I have stayed.

When I returned to my room at 1am I found the door open and the lights were on. I am certain I turned off all lights and pulled the door closed. Someone flipped the “safety” bar to prop the door open. It was scary to return to this situation.

A completely bizarre experience. I was in town for a family event. I booked a suite in case others travelling wanted to get together we would have a bigger space. From the beginning..they gave my room to someone with the same last name. They kept her name on my room the entire stay. The "suite" was barely bigger than other rooms. There was a table with no chairs to sit around, the bathroom door didn't close and there was no fan, the TV speaker was blown so it sounded like static. On day of checkout (12pm) I was called at 9am and asked if "I was leaving or checking out today?" My reservation was to leave that day. 45 minutes later the housekeeping crew showed up saying checkout was at 10am. That same time the person who's name remained on my room was told their reservation said they were checking out when they had pre paid for another night. Oh, did I mention the pool was closed but we could use the one next door where they were offering children's swimming lessons?!?! I forgot the best part...non ice machine!??? Not even ice trays in the freezer in the room. Front desk didn't have any trays but had 1 zip lock bag full and offered it to us but asked if we could just take some of it as they didn't have more! It would have only taken a few adjustments to make this a much better review, it's a shame.
