Everything about this property was great. The shuttles were on time. The only issue was the fact that breakfast starts at 6 am and the shuttel leave at 6 as well. So many will miss a tiny bite if they need to be at the airport early. Maybe they could provide a simple fast breakfast before 6 am or arrange the shuttle to leave at 6:15 as well. In general we had a pleasant one night stay and it was very clean.

The room wasn’t cleaned. I had to go to customer service to report the situation. Instead of changing the room, they let me hang for half hour to finally admit that and transfer me to another room. The representative was careless about the fact that the room was dirty all day until I saw that myself. Terrible service.

I will not be staying here again. The check-in process was terrible. The desk attendant was rude and on the phone while checking me in. I even had to ask him if he(Evan) was taking to me while he was checking me in. His reply? “no I’m on the phone, can’t you see?” I will be filing a complaint with the manager. Do not stay here.

A fine hotel, but bad parking
Hotel was comfortable, room was clean and well serviced. My only complaint. If you have a car it costs $20/night to park there. I was there for a week so it cost me $140. Also the machine where you get a ticket, and the machine where you exit are VERY unfriendly. Must actually get out of the car to get the ticket, and also much of the time the exit machine that controls the gate to get out DOES NOT WORK half the time.

I picked the property because of the airport shuttle service. However, the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was confusing and painful. I asked at the airport where the courtesy vans were. I waited there in very cold weather for 45 minutes. Every other hotel bus came but not Hampton Inn. I tried calling them but all numbers went to their national booking line, mostly automated, with no operator option. At long last, i got through to a human and learned that their shuttle went to the second floor unlike everone else. Even upstairs where directed there was zero signage. Amazingly unacceptable.
