We waited an hour for the shuttle. Called the front desk multiple times and they only asked me to keep waiting. The bathroom had no hot water and was poorly clean. The staff was rude and hang up on me during one call. The only good thing I can say is that the breakfast was descent. It's a full breakfast.

The shuttle services from & to airport was convenient but hotel needs to know the correct location to let guests know where to meet the shuttle (the incorrect floor number was given and confusing - meaning, there is no 2nd floor in Terminal E) it's either 1st or 3rd floor and ended up being on 3rd floor, out door 203.

Great place for a great price
It was great from the shuttle to the airport and back again. Shuttle drivers were friendly and professional, check in and out was a breeze and even the food, which is kind of like pub food was pretty good. We have stayed there before so we know what we were getting and it was all good. When we stay there, we go to and from the airport and never get out and around but for a place to lay your head, get some rest and just hang out, the Hampton is the place. We'll be back there in a couple of weeks.

Got a room with a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Called 3x before someone came to fix it. He couldn’t so my husband had to. Husband had to clean up the mess all over the floor. Asked to be moved to a room close because it was so late and we had an early flight and they had none. Asked two people to make note of what happened and they promised to do it. Was told to talk to a manager the next day, they believed we should have been compensated . Was promised they would make a note in our file.Next morning no manager was available (understandably because of the hour) was told nothing had been entered.

Got in around 1 am after a late flight. Waited for the shuttle for almost 25 minutes. Finally got to the hotel and the front desk gave us key cards that didn’t work 3x before they moved our room with new cards
