Housekeeping staff do not understand what a hotel is. People come to a hotel to sleep. At an. airport hotel, people come from different destinations and time zones. So many also want some rest during the day. In this hotel housekeeping staff communicate by yelling at eachother all the time (early morning, during the day). Totally unsensible towards their clients.

We stayed at the property in order to be ready for and early flight the next day. It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and the shuttle service was quite handy. One tip is that if you need to get to the terminal early (by 5 am) be at the shuttle early as well. There is a bit is a “rush” when service starts at 4:00. Overall, we would stay again the next time we have an early flight.
