Quick check in which is always a plus! when you walk in the hotel is gorgeous very nice dining room to the left, gorgeous little bar area to the right. The parking area could be better lit, first red flag. Then as soon as we walked off the elevator, there were children running down the hallways, throwing a football no parents in sight, mind you it was almost 9pm. For the amount of money charged $300/night — my turn offs: there was literally paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom, towels and the blow dryer were just randomly thrown underneath the sink not in any organized fashion. Monday morning my neighbor was on the phone at 6 AM on speaker having a full-blown conversation with screaming and laughing for an hour.. it was ridiculous, need better insulation!!!

Everything’s was great. The bar was really enjoyable. But my room had a receipt from delivery app from a month ago so I don’t think they cleaned my room all the way but didn’t say anything because it wasn’t a big deal besides the great experience!! Would definitely come back

Card was charged for a room and their 2 day stay that someone else got, not even in our name or anyone we know. Got the wrong size room and bed. Even presented my ID and still charged us for someone else’s room even though we had already paid online for our actual room. Called multiple times and it never got fixed. Had to call my bank instead. Tub wouldn’t drain had to stand in a whole bath of water of who knows what while I showered. Just Awful.

Staff has no communication and passes problems along to everyone else until it comes back to the same person. Not accommodating to issues at all and don’t have time to help issue. Lack of items available. How are you gonna tell me you don’t have an extra pillow or blanket in the entire hotel…. Now being told I’m not going to be refunded after getting that confirmed before me left.

Great hotel, not too far of a distance from the city, as Ubers will take usually around 25-30 minutes to get to Boston if there isn’t too much traffic. I got there a lot earlier than check in time and they were kind enough to give me my room early. Hotel was a lot nicer looking than I expected, and I definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony view, as it adds a nice touch to the experience. Restaurant in hotel was great as well, and there’s convenient luggage storage. Very nice staff as well :)
