The holiday Inn bunker hill we stayed in for two nights was the absolute worst managed motel I EVER stayed at, I’m 67, 1. Pre booked a king bed , got a queen, 2.they tried to charge for parking for the two nights when the pre pay stated parking was free, 3.told shuttle was running that afternoon,it didn’t, 4. Used shuttle the next morning and when we called for pickup that evening we were told the shuttle isn’t available , get back the best you can, 5.all of the breakfast food was overcooked both mornings, dry, 6. The hotel restaurant was open for dinner each day, we planed to eat there after a day of touring and then being stranded to be told there was hardly any food available to cook by the hostess, 7. When checking out they tried to charge us for four days parking when we had free parking and only a two night stay. Unbelievable! George Gilliam. PS the ice machine worked very well, thank you.

The room we got was smelly and dirty and tv did not work. But the front desk was super nice to get us moved to another room. Better one, but not great. The building itself is dated and needs upgrade

Hotel staff was friendly, lobby was pretty, room was nice. My only complaint was the shuttle service was horrible! I rented multiple rooms with family arriving at different times. No one was able to use shuttle service with everyone being told different information.
