I called ahead to inform them I was arriving at 1:00 am. When I arrived the employee opened the door never said hello - ever and had no customer service characteristics. When I checked out this morning there was broken glass and liquid in the hall - no one to tell at the desk - no bell to ring. The room was comfortable and clean.

Great stay at the hotel, nicely located next to the highway, and close to many universities in the Boston area. Plenty of hotels around, looked like a safe neighborhood. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The area was quiet and safe. The staff was very kind and helpful, and you can tell they took pride in keeping the hotel clean as much as they could. Ill be staying here in the future as well!
