Was not told that outside of property is under renovation. The renovations of the rooms should have been done first. Our room is seriously in need of upgrades and was not particularly clean and furniture and rugs were horribly stained. We prepaid for our stay yet a $100 pending charge was placed on my credit card that was removed upon checking out. We were not told about that when our reservation was booked. We also were not told about a $5 per day parking charge. In fact, onsite parking was said to be available at no cost. The only positive was the front desk staff (Christine) was very professional in helping resolve some issues. The hotel should consider adding secure WIFI. The safety of customers should be a priority to the hotel.

Location very difficult to find even with Google maps. Staff helpful. Room/suite is fine with full kitchen. Biggest problem... can't access Internet even with front desk assistance... which is essential. Therefore cancelled an upcoming visit to this same property.

Updated hotel. Hard to get to from the highway if you miss the on-ramp or with traffic. Parking is going to cost you an extra five dollars or $10. If you forget to scan the QR code. Garbage disposal did not Work and dish TV channels were very slow to respond.

I booked and paid for a room with king bed in advanced and they told me they didn’t have it anymore, so they gave me double beds. On the day we were supposed to check out they sent someone to our room regarding check out time when, when it wasn’t even time yet. If the property says noon, don’t bug people at 11am then.

We had a nice stay, breakfast was good, and overall had a good experience. Everything was clean and accessible. Short drive to Salem, and not too far from Boston Logan airport. No tolls were required. I would stay here again.

Our room was really nice and we had a good time. Although they say they clean our rooms every other day, they pretty much cleaned it every day. Parking is $5 per night and is paid through an app (honor system).

We arrived to the property prior to check-in time. They wouldn’t let us check-in early, but did hold our luggage for us while we went out to explore the city. We spent about $100 each day on lyft going into the city. Our fan didn’t work. The pillows are flat. The shower sprayed water everywhere and took forever to heat up. Only dining in the area is Sonic or Wendy’s. They do have a fridge with some frozen meals and drinks. A bottle of water is $3 & powerade is $4. Too overpriced when I can get 2 powerades for $4 at the gas station. The continental breakfast was okay. They would switch out the style of egg, type of meat, and style of potato daily.

For 500$/night, I expected much more. The room was dirty and in poor condition. The pull out sofa had cushions that were flat and torn. The mattress was almost flat. The pillows on the beds were old and flat. Everything was really over used and needed replacing. Nothing was clean. Our tub had rust around the drain and chipped surface in other spots. Really unfortunate because it slept 5, which is what I needed , but I would not stay here again. They did have a breakfast buffet for free. Which was the only positive.
