Location, location, location. Love how spacious the room is and the view of Fenway Park from our window. The staff was awesome too! The water bottle is a great add on to the trip .

This place was perfect as first timers. It’s right next to a train stop which I didn’t even think to look for but so grateful for it. The staff was really nice and accommodating. We got in late and were offered snacks and water which was a life saver. The water pressure is unmatched. The rooms are spacious. It was everything we needed and more.

While the hotel itself was nice and location was great, there was a hidden fee that was very unpleasant to find out. The $40 resort fee(the hotel states it “Destination Amenity Fee”) collected at the hotel was also a joke because when I asked the front desk what it was for, the staff could barely say that it was for the coffee and tea, and it was a self-serve station in one corner. The actual hidden fee was the parking fee of $72 per night. The Expedia website only said “parking available” and we paid $89.58 at the hotel including the resort fee and the discounted(VIP Access) parking fee. Why not state these fee information clearly for the customers to make the right choices for themselves? Not very happy about the lack of clarity on the fee information at the time of booking and to find it out at the destination which is too late.

What an absolute beauty of a hotel!! We loved every minute of it. A quick trip to the city to see Sting at MGM Music Hall and the hotel and staff made an incredible experience even better. We’ll be back!!

It’s a lovely looking hotel. The location is fantastic. I didn’t sleep the entire time I was there. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I could hear everything being said in the next room and hallway. My sheets had holes and my toes kept getting caught in holes. It was very expensive. There is no airport shuttle.
