Great location and hotel! However, because it is an older building, I will say that you can hear everything that is happening in the hallway (including toilets flushing in nearby rooms). Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! So close to Boston Garden! Bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but the rest of my family was comfortable. Rooms are on the smaller side, but rather eclectic. Very clean, although in need of another waste receptacle. Would be lovely to have breakfast included with the cost of the room being on the higher side. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Really enjoyed our stay! Hotel is very accommodating. Staff was great - room was spotless - nice shower and towels. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. valet parking a plus altho expensive at $66. Fantastic location if you are going to an event at the TD Garden.

The property is in a good location. Good transport links, being next to North Station, and walkable to the centre of Boston. Being next to TD Garden, the area gets very busy on game days and there is a lot of street noise from fans and general traffic. The various siren noise throughout the day, from emergency vehicles, was to be expected for a city centre location. The room was clean and well serviced. When we had an issue, it was dealt with quickly. On the day of departure we found a live cockroach in the room, which had crawled under one of our bags. Although the hotel was conveniently located, if I were staying in Boston again, I would not return to the Hotel Indego.

Stay was perfect. We were heading to Salem for Halloween activities and the location couldn’t be beat for that purpose. Restaurant was great for breakfast. Location for access to public parks and public transportation was perfect.

Excellent location!! 2-3 minute walk from the Boston Garden/North Station (Commuter rail & MBTA stop). I was in town for day surgery at Mass Eye & Ear, only a 15 minute safe easy walk from the hotel. With all the commuters in the area, I felt safe walking to MEE at 7:30am on a weekday. The hotel itself is very clean and appears to have been updated recently. There’s a bar & restaurant (breakfast for purchase) on the ground floor. I didn’t use the parking.

Our room key was given out to family members without so much as checking id or confirming with us. They approached the front desk and asked if they needed a key to use the elevator to go up to our room. Without any hesitation, they gave them 2 room keys…not even what they were asking for. Also, the smell of weed was so bad in our room during the day. We called the front desk and asked for room spray. Looked as those maybe it was coming from some staff….

Boston trip
They were very accommodating with early check in and securing our luggage for us after check out since our flight out of Boston was not until early evening. Very friendly staff. It was fun being near the Bruins hockey stadium as well as walking distance to tons of restaurants.

We arrived at 4:00pm one hour after minimum check in time. The told us we had to wait 15 minutes because the room was not ready. After noticing for 45 minutes other guests were checking in ahead of us, I inquired again. The Desk clerk told me that was because of the room we had reserved was why we have to wait. But I inquired what was so special about a room, she said it was a king size bed. I said well do you have any rooms available with the queen size bed? She said yes, so she put us in another room with a queen size bed and when I asked what the price difference was about a $60 difference. She could not give us credit for the difference, but offered us free breakfast which I declined. I called Hotels.com and they had me sent a copy of the invoice and hopefully they will give me credit. And now for what I thought about the room: The room was nice but a little bit on the small side. Although there were windows, it seemed like as if they were open. The noise was so loud in the room from the street below all night long. In addition, we could smell cooking smells on and off throughout our stay. The shower tiles are so slippery. I’m surprised no one had a bad fall. Not really worth the money considering this was supposed to be an upper class hotel.
