The room was spacious and clean. The check in and check out was easy and quick. The staff was polite and helpful. Theres plenty of parking in the parking lot. There’s little food shops and a little center right next to the hotel.

The staff on site before and during our stay was absolutely wonderful - they were all so helpful and accommodating. The location was also very convenient for driving to Boston and to the Braintree Train station.

What a pleasant surprise to see Hyatt has a pool again. Despite the Hyatt chain (and Boston/Braintree Hyatt) being a favorite, for years I've been regularly paying more and getting less at competitors with pools for my granddaughter. Now we can both be happy.

Our rooms smelled like marijuana. We asked for it to me changed only to encounter another room that smelled like marijuana. The hotel is in a good location but it’s not a well maintained hotel. Additionally the staff themself were not the friendliest. If you have to stay due to location than it makes sense but I certainly would not go out of my way to stay here again.
