Nice location, but poor maintenance.
Thermostat in room was set moderate, however heating and cooling were dramatically different. Mattress had seen much better days - big dip where people had slept. Water pressure in shower was extremely low and periodically stopped entirely. Took three times longer than usual to rinse off and then the shower would drip intermittently for a few hours after use.

Everything was great except parking. Did not expect to have to valet and pay $56. Although the valet service and personnel were very nice and as far as i can tell no problems. i never have anyone drive my ferrari and left me with a very uneasy feeling having to explain how to drive the car when valet didnt know how to get it in gear. Rather pay and park myself. Otherwise nice place that was recommended by Del Frisco's

Great place for business travelers
This is a great hotel. It's a casual, low key place to stay that is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The staff was very helpful. I stayed here for a business event nearby, and it was exceedingly easy to get to and from the hotel to Logan and to South Station, all without dealing with much of the typical Boston traffic. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Boston.

Property was excellent. Are was walkable and safe. Lots to do in area. Parking however at hotel way too pricey. Parking company was not efficient, nor up to hotel or area standards.

Comfortable hotel with good amenities. In a great location with lots of restaurants and places to shop. Wish we would have come in the summer to enjoy the rooftop.
