Walked into the room and immediately found an full unlfushed toilet with number 2. This was very upsetting to see. Also found numerous old candies scattered around under the bed pooking out. Beds and shower were clean. The elevator also needs some TLC as it shakes and makes a few eerie noises.

Connecting doors should be illegal in America. When I go to a shared dorm, I don't mind if I pay $15. But when I pay $150$, I don't want to hear the next-door neighbour yelling at his kid, playing video games, making love, and snoring. This guy was impossible. It was not a communicating door; it was literally a mosquito net. Also, my wife decided to join us, so I changed the reservation for 3 people instead of 2 and you charged me 30$ more for nothing cause there were not even 3 towels nor soap. The swimming pool was not working and when I asked the girl at the front desk What she would do about it, she said nothing. Also, the windows were dirty and thin as paper. You hear everyone in the parking lot speaking and all the cars passing by the boulevard. I know the expression "You get what you pay for" but I paid 150$, but it was worth 15$. This hotel is crumbling and going out of business. Noisy fridge also.

I have been staying at this hotel off and on for the last 13 years and cannot believe how far downhill it has gone. From a nice place with a continental breakfast and pool I used to bring my kids to a literally bug infested nightmare.

The photos are very deceiving, this property is old, walls are cracked, bedsheets were stained, front desk staff was nice but their was one particular lady who was rude, disrespectful, and overall mean. No compassion whatsoever, shes in the wrong industry. i dont know her name, but shes an older lady with short red hair. It was not a good experience. I will never be renting with them again.

Staff was great. Very friendly. The room was clean. The hallway and entry area need some work. It was very noisy around the exterior. Guests made me feel unsafe. You could hear yelling in rooms. One guest was very creepy, didn’t understand personal space and tried to touch me.

I stayed for two nights and asked for a king size bed so they gave me a dirty handicap room. There was still hair ties in the floor left over from other guests. Then after a long day I went to bed early, even though the room next store had people that were INSANELY loud. They were coughing, spitting, arguing! By 4 am I finally had enough so I baked in the wall to tell them to be quiet which they did for a little bit but by night 2 they were back at it again. It sounded like a family of five or six, oh, and I could see from outside that they had a cat in the room with them. Finally at around midnight the second night I asked to be moved to a different room. The young man at the front desk was helpful in getting us another cleaner room. However in this room the tub would not drain after I showered. All in all I will not be staying at another red roof even though the guy at the front desk was helpful and apologized. There should be a way to check who comes in and out of the hotel. Speaking of which, at midnight when I was switching rooms, a young man walked right in the front door and directly up onto the elevator with us. When we gave him a look like “you’re obviously not starting here” he just said “ I’ve had a really rough “ clearly indicating he was just planning on squatting there somewhere. The layout of the place should be so that this can’t happen but it’s not. The elevator is right through the front door and the front desk is off to the right, hidden behind a large pole

The red light at night in the entrance was unique, room and bed was spacious. There was no way to dehumidify the room from shower, so whole room was sticky and gross for four days straight. No shower curtain liner so water would soak the entire bathroom.
