It is in walking distance to the Freedom trail. It is wonderful to stay in a hotel of Paul Revere’s legendary ride.

Nice location but I asked for feather pillows and I got feather free room, no bathrobe, the body lotion was not working, none would come out, no sugar in coffee area, no glass in the bathroom to use. The service by the staff at RR was very horrible. The server was rude, ignored us and did not know what the drink tickets were that were given to us at check in.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Two dining options. Food was very, very good. Was able to walk everywhere so car remained parked in garage. Room was very clean. Would stay again.

Unfortunately there was a protest outside the neighbouring hotel which woke us up early in the morning and went on for most of the day. There were several pleasant and helpful staff, however when we arrived early we weren't greeted, by one staff member very well. We just wanted to drop off our luggage. She snapped at us saying our room wasn't ready

The staff was great, but the $35 amenities charge is a total ripoff. Essentially you are paying to have a refrigerator delivered to your room since they are not in the room. The first refrigerator was totally beat up, did not get cold because the door didn't seal. It was also noisy so it was hard to sleep. The next day they delivered a larger and newer refrigerator.
