The room we got was very nice and spacious. Not much of a view but the hotel location was great. In the heart of Back Bay, right across from the Prudential Center and the Prudential metro line was right outside the hotel. Very convienient.

The minute you check in the staff is so fabulous, the Lucie Restaurant is great, the proximity to the Prudential Center and downtown Boston and the rooms. Did I mention the Rooftop pool?

Old needs repairs.
The staff in the hotel were nice and helpful. The hotel in the other hand is deficient in many things which make the stay not worthwhile. 1: The heating and air conditioning are ancient and noisy. The hotel has no effective central air. The bathrooms have vents that do not work. 2: The hallways are not lit and dark. 3: There is no room service at night. That is disappointing from a hotel that offers a good location in Boston.
