When we arrived, we were greeted with the housecleaner. We were told untruth of him being unaware of our arrival time. My husband asked his name and was able to show him that he in fact was on the text feed that clearly stated our arrival time. The house inside and out was disgracefully unkept, & dirty with cobwebs throughout the house, windows and screen were filthy as well as all outside furniture which was in such poor disrepair, as well the deck so bad they could not be used. The kitchen fridge did not work, the a/c units throughout most of the house also did not work. We had to find our own linens. Several of the beds were not made, the pool was dirty and around the pool still had dirty dishes from the last ones there. We had to remove a fallen tree out of the way so we could use the beach at the pond. The owner apparently still lives there or so it appeared since his personal belongings were still throughout the house, so we were unable to use one end of the home. We had a gentlemen show up to use the pond by owners permission while we had young children there which left us uncomfortable. We were also left with no keys to lock the house which left us feeling very uncomfortable The outside courtyard and surrounding grounds were all over grown and unkept. Many windows were open with leaves built up between window and screen. The fridge in a back entryway that worked was still stocked with old food.
Overall we were left feeling overcharged and under delivet
