Incredible location. Exactly what we were looking for!
We had an amazing time here. The cabin and property were beautiful. This property is very secluded, and it's just a short drive to Estes and a number of different trail heads. Everything from exploring the woods to canoeing on the pond just down the hill from the cabin was amazing. You really do just have an incredible view in every direction here. The cabin itself is pretty spacious. It was only me and my wife this trip, but we will definitely be bringing the rest of the family next time!

Beautiful property
This cabin is on a majestic piece of land about 15 minutes drive from Estes Park. The cabin itself was clean and had all the amenities you need for a small or very large group. It’s not the most modern cabin, but it’s cozy. Beds are comfortable. We heard elk bugles in the morning and had a heard of 6 elk does come through. The cabin is remote enough for zero light pollution, so the stars are bright and plentiful. The views of the twin sisters off the patio are awesome. Great way to have a cup of coffee in morning. There’s a bench sitting on the backside of the property along a trail marked with yellow paint. The bench overlooks a ravine and mountains in the background. It’s your own little spot to sit and reflect while listening to the river below. There’s a small fishing pond and it’s full of rainbow trout. My 6 year old caught one and it’s all he can talk about. We stayed for 2 nights on a weekend trip from Houston. I personally loved this place. My wife said it was a bit dated, but she would stay again.

August 3-8, 2019. If you are looking to unwind from the hustle and bustle of life, you have come to the right place at this cabin. The view is spectacular! My family and I enjoyed spending time on the porch to eat our meals and to enjoy watching the hummingbirds. The cabin feels like a home and is equipped with all the amenities. Not to mention the pond that is just a few steps from the cabin. Hope you are fortune like us to witness deer strolling right in front of the family room window early in the morning or late in the afternoon. The person in charge of the cabin was there promptly when I had a question. I highly recommend this cabin.

3 Day family Getaway!
This was a great "cabin" for our family getaway. With 3 teenagers we enjoyed the remoteness and at the same time being close to Estes. We are already planning for next year. ps be sure to feed the humming birds first thing every morning, for a wonderful experience. Thank you The Wertenberger Family

Great location and scenery. The home was perfect for our family and so convenient.
We had such a great time here. Our children wanted to just hang out and explore at the cottage instead of visiting RMNP. The short drive to Estes Park and RMNP made everything so easy as well. We would stay here again when we make it back to his area.

Away from it all, but close to everything
This cabin is very spacious, giving this family of four plenty of room to spread out after being in the car together for days. The kids loved the hammock and tire swing out front, and the surrounding area is beautiful and quiet. The drive into Estes Park was short around 20 minutes or so), making the cabin a very convenient spot. The owner was communicative and helpful with questions that I had. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house in the woods, easy access to RMNP & Estes Park
Great retreat when visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Estes Park is only minutes away, an easy drive up to town for dinner. Lily Mountain/Lake, Twin Sisters, and Longs Peak trail heads are minutes away. The property, however, feels delightfully remote without sight or sound of neighbors. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening fire, the great room’s stone fireplace and wooden beams take you back to 1930’s Colorado. Our sons were fond of the loft, the hammock, and roaming around the pond. The owner could not be nicer. Highly recommended.
