Fun place if you’re in the mood for a nicely renovated drive up motel. The furnishings are nice, the bed is comfortable the parking is free and neighborhood is safe. The staff was very helpful and opened early without fuss when locked myself out of my room. More plugs on the desk would be appreciated. We all need to charge our devices before the next day’s adventure

I loved the location and most of the staff very kind courteous. Melanie especially went out of her way to be helpful. In their brochure there are several sections lauding the great biking in the area. Once you arrive after you rent bikes you might or might not notice a small sign saying no ebikes allowed on the premises. No one says anything about it upon checkin. In fact after several discussions with staff only about half of them were aware of this rule. We came from Pennsylvania with the main purpose of our trip being to bike the great trails they advertise. It really cast a pall upon the trip. The refrigerator leaked constantly and was "fixed" twice. When I checked there was still water leaking in the room. Washrags were also impossible to procure. It is still a pretty cool place and was reasonably priced.

Appears to be an older motel that has been updated. Rooms are adequate. Beds too soft. Front office/bar is really cute and staff is very helpful.

I was very disappointed at the room service. We spent the night got up showered came back to the room several hours later and still had wet towels on the floor, trash not picked up and beds not touched! Am I asking too much? The parking is very very tight. No refrigerator and no microwave. Floor underneath the bed was filled with dust bunnies. No I did not enjoy the stay. The check in staff was outstanding however….

We like the basecamp-style of this facility (the cooler not a fridge, decor, bed), how friendly is the staff, the activities (smores, climbing wall), spa and sauna. We like how close it was from Pearl Street at 15 minutes walking distance.

Very cool spot. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate a room request, were exceptionally welcoming, and the room is spotless. My only suggestion is grab bars in the shower.

My only problem was that the walls were somewhat thin and I could hear people talking and moving in other rooms. Other than that, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was great, and location was walking distance to Pearl street mall. Would definitely stay again.
