The hotel is clean and I felt safe. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the pool and hot tub relaxing!

The room was clean. The pool water was cloudy and dirty and we all felt itchy and had a rash after swimming. We took a shower immediately and the rash went away. We felt unsafe because of the managers behavior. We booked a second night because we were evacuated from a wildfire and heard the fire was getting bigger. The evening desk clerk swiped our card for a second night. The next day at 12:30pm a man who identified himself as the manager knocked on our door and started yelling loud and angrily at us that he was going to call the police because he did not have our credit card information for the second night. We were frightened by him and left immediately. The charge did show up on our credit card so he actually did have the credit card info. We notified our credit card and received a refund because we were not allowed to stay for the second night.

I read reviews before booking this overnight stay and it was mentioned that it is clean, friendly staff, good breakfast but older building with an old/musty smell. That was my experience but I would add dim lighting. This is probably all normal for a Comfort Suites. We just needed a place to sleep for the night while we were on a long road trip. We rested fine but we prefer a little brighter newer/updated hotel.

No issues. Clean quiet area for the most part. Checked in pretty late. Hotel was full no vacancy. Parking lot was full. A lot of food options direct in that area or within 5 miles or so in main part of Longmont. Eggs breakfast. Good condition property. The only thing was some painting needed in bathroom. Otherwise, it’s a solid option.
