The front desk worker was very nice. The bed was okay. The biggest issue is that the room could have been cleaner. Several towels were stained as well as the comforter. The floor also had not been properly vacuumed. The door to the bathroom didn’t latch. I only had to stay one night, but it was an expensive one night for the quality of the stay.

Breakfast was not being refilled as much as it needed. Was in a pet friendly room but ants found their way in to the food bowl. Everything else was very good. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well.

The manager was very helpful when our flight got canceled and about 15 of us had to be shuttled to the Quality Inn for the night. He made sure we were all accommodated and helped us to arrive in time for our rescheduled flight the next day. The room itself was decent my only complaint was that the tub didn't look super clean. Other than the tub everything else was ok.

Blood stains on the bathroom wall and the electric outlet by the sink was loose and dirty. Trash cans are too small. Bathroom door was broken on the bottom. This is room 130. The housekeeper didn’t leave any extra toilet paper.

The front desk attendant was abrupt and then mouthy when I couldn't find the stairs to get to the second floor. Carpet in the rooms had what appeared to be burn holes, blow dryer didn't work, tub faucet was loose and felt like it would fall off, flusher handle on toilet was loose. The hallway and stairway floors were very dirty like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The side entrance of the building was completely dark. There was light fixtures, but they were either off or inoperative. The sheets and bed appeared to be clean and the bathroom was clean.

Trashy place!
Staff was very odd. He put on latex gloves before helping us at the front desk. There are not mandates in order so why put gloves on? The room was outdated and had a bad smell. The AC/heater unit was so old and rusted. The floors were sticky and towels didn’t feel fresh and clean. We will never stay here again.

Not terrible, but pretty bad.
The Quality Inn needs some maintenance. The shower head doesn't work right, several electrical outlets need replaced or don't work. Dead bugs on the floor when we walked in. I cleaned part of the floor upon arrival with a wash rag. It turned black quickly. The corners of the floor need vacuumed because of chips and other debris in there. We found used dental floss and a spill of some sort after moving the night stand when we were trying to get an outlet to work. I'm not sure if the sheets were clean and stained or just not cleaned. Breakfast wasn't a large selection, but it's good enough. The hot water was too cold to make instant oatmeal. I liked that there was a kiddie pool next to the adult one. I didn't feel 100 % safe as there was a guy sitting outside our room one night for a long time-- maybe 2-3 hours. Several others from the same group were loud in the hallway at least until I feel asleep about 11/12 pm. House keeping came by and cleaned the floor in our room when requested. The front desk staff was friendly. People were very loud late into the night. One man sat right outside my room drinking beer for hours at nighttime. Beer can were left there in the morning. I was scared to leave my room that night.
