Room was very small for the extra money i paid for a delux room. Workmanship of the modernisation was extremely poor. Shelf missing in bathroom and toilet role holder loose to name just a couple. The bar as advertised was none existent. It was just a counter in the room where breakfast was served. However, it served the purpose as the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of tea/coffee in the room. A mini fridge would have been nice.

One night stay for dance show
Great stay and would hugely recommend. We stayed in room 12 which was spacious. Liked that the front door was always locked to reception. Very clean. Staff were very attentive. The breakfast was just amazing, thank you and we shall be returning and recommending to others.

Great room for a family needing more space.
A great room and perfect for a family needing a little more space than just a hotel room. Facilities in the room were good and the kitchen area was fantastic, however the WiFi signal wasn't great and we could only get Netflix on the telly (which didn't go down well with my two kids!) Being in a separate apartment, we didn't really get the 'hotel' feel however the private garden area was an added bonus, especially for the kids. Free parking was a bonus too!

I have stayed here about 4 times now. This time I was in room 28, which had a double bed. Just enough room around the bed, the ensuite was small and you would have to shut the door to sit on the toilet, otherwise you would be observed from the bed on the toilet! Rail to hang clothes and other drawers to store clothes/items. No shelf in ensuite to put toiletries. TV good as well as wifi. There is lots of choice to eat out within 10-15 minute walk or closer. However there was no hot water in basin, and also on my previous visit there no hot water in the shower (in the room I was in). Maybe check this when you first get to the room. Free parking space available.

Our stay
The hotel was exactly as was advertised, great customer service, polite, informative, welcoming, and professional. The only gripe was the fact that I had to pay an additional amount upon arrival to park my vehicle in their car park, that should have been included in the price. The breakfast was an optional extra as well. This worked out to be £40 per day for a party of four, I think that was a bit expensive.

Good location look out for “hidden” charges
Bad bits first Not everything is included in the price, on the surface seems reasonable but add £10 for parking and £8 each for breakfast it soon finds parity with other hotels in the area Shower was not adjustable Apart from that, room was big, bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Location is handy for triangle and Bournemouth town center as well as the west cliff and beaches.. overall ok
