Four nights in Bournemouth
I arrived much later than I should have, due to train delays.The co-owner Raj met me and was nice and friendly, took my luggage to my room (top floor). I met his wife the next day, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

I read about the reviews of the room and hotel being outdated. Looks like they have painted rooms and put in modern flooring. Definitely feels new and refreshed. There was a repair on the sink but poorly done. They need to be repaired professionally with porcelain repair. Hotel staff were amazing I forgot my charger and they gave me one. I will try the breakfast next time as they have a lovely breakfast room very big and smelt great in the morning. I will be here again next year for sure as I got parking and it was easy walk down to the beach at Boscombe Pier. Beds are comfy and boys loved their bunk bed. And the shower is amazing! loved it!

The hotel could have done with some refurbishment, but the room was clean and comfortable There were parking spaces right outside and the area was quiet The owner was a lovely lady who was very helpful and chatty We ordered a takeaway which she brought to our room with plates and cutlery

What an incredible stay here! The location is fantastic for the beach, the hotel was clean and the features in the room were beautiful, not to mention the fact we were able to check in early and were helped by the lovely woman who was working at the time who informed us of the air show which made our sons trip! We have already decided we will be returning again next summer for the air show! Thank you once again for a brilliant stay!

Very good family stay
Raj was welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean, great touches with bottled water and guest Netflix for the kids. Very comfortable beds, much better than most hotel chains. Parking was available and ample street parking too. Short walk to the beach and appeared to be a safe area. Would stay again.

Property is a typical seaside family run B&B. Our room was clean and had a recently re-fitted modern on-suite with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. actual room was roomy with TV, tea and coffee facilities, wardrobe and plenty of drawer storage. Free wi-fi fast enough for e-mails etc. Very clean and no smells! Hosts were friendly and accommodating. General area felt safe but central Boscombe with few exceptions is a bit run down like many seaside towns and attracts the growing population of the sadly less fortunate in today's society. Watch out for electric scooter riders who tend to ignore all traffic laws. Beach huge and sandy and nice walk to central Bournemouth lass than 2 miles away along beach or tarmac pathway. Would stay again without hesitation and might try the breakfast next time which both looked and smelt good. Wish them both well with their new venture which is still a "work in progress".

Clean and presentable hotel. It isn't high luxury but was great for the price. It is a little tired looking but the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well and there were plenty of channels on the TV. Although the location looks a little run down it is only a 10 minute walk to the lovely Boscombe beach.
