Unfortunately toilet kept backing up which didn’t look good, otherwise room was lovely, parking was horrendous as hotel was busy and states available and 12 pound per day, unable to park at hotel and car park down the road was 40 pound for 24 hrs

I did not get the room I had prepaid for and was placed in the annexe, which is a walk across the car park, in open, past the Thai Restaurant Kitchen back doors, then to a small door which has seen better days. The rooms look down on air conditioning units, and kitchen extractor fans. The rooms seem to be on top of the Thai Restaurant below. All of which are noisy through the night. Noise insulation between rooms is bad, with TV and conversation easily heard from next door. f you have to stay here ensure you do not get put in the annexe, it will ruin your nights sleep. There are lots better hotels in Bournemouth that wont put you in an annex with views of the kitchen and Thai Restaurant extractor fans.

The hotel and staff were wonderful and very helpful.. clean room huge bed, very clean . Hotel inside is nice . Lovely views of sea . Bournemouth area at night is a bit alarming! Did not feel safe .. Hotel and staff excellent

Nice stay in great surroundings. Staff couldnt do enough to make us feel welcom and relaxed. Breakfast was very good. Dinner very good too. Had happy hour on, buy one get one free on selected drinks. Didnt want to check out which is a good sign. Will be going back again for sure.

stayed in a cottage - spacious - decent bed generally clean but did have pink mould in the bathroom - ads on how they clean are bs breakfast was expensive and only included filter coffee, which for the price wasnt great. staff member had an issue where we wanted to sit. dinner meal: french influence- decent pool : extremely warm and regularly tested by the staff. over all condition : lovely inside - outside looked aged in parts for this price level

Excellent hotel. Had a wonderful breakfast, lovely time in the swimming pool. However the next morning it was closed. The only thing that doesn't make sense is that check in is at 4pm and check out is at 12 pm. So one is not even paying for full days stay compared to the majority of hotels in the area.

The location of the property was quite good but everything else was awful. I was housed in the cottages and they were awful. Expected more from the Marriott even if it was a 4*. It was dirty and old. Bath had mould, furniture old and worn. Would not recommend especially for the price paid.

Stayed here for 2 nights in one of the cottages, for the price paid it felt like a budget hotel. What looked like black mould in the bathroom window, could do with the bath being removed and replaced with a proper shower, no ceiling light as all connected to the desktop lights which were not plugged in when we arrived (had to figure that out in the dark) Breakfast massively overpriced, nothing special at all, better options in town with a short walk.
