Dear guest, I am very sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. Bournemouth has experienced very hot weather this summer which is great however, it is hot at night. Our superior rooms have air conditioning, these can be booked by calling the hotel direct. Our breakfast is cooked to order using good quality local products, most guests prefer this to a buffet. If you ask staff will be happy to provide more or a larger portion. With regards to the rooms, we are starting renovations and new larger beds have been ordered.
