Very friendly staff and fast check in. Room albeit small (it was a single to be fair) was very clean with a modernised bathroom.

A very warm welcome And checkout from the staff and the room itself was OK - especially considering the good rate we paid. It was very cold however as radiator didn’t give out any heat (maybe needed bleeding) we were given a blow air heater which helped. Shower had no pressure either so took a very long time to wash hair. Bar staff were very friendly when we went for an after gig drink before going to bed Was an ideal Location tbh as we could walk to most places we needed and plenty of parking at a good rate for overnight

Very noisy both internally and externally. Parked the car directly in front of the hotel and woke up the nwxt day to find simeone had used the roof as an ashtray. Mattess was old and uncomfortable. Staff were friendly though and hotrl was very clean.

Was happy with the room & bed and general cleanliness of the room & bathroom. Breakfast was also pleasing - but please please for the love of God get rid of that 1960's piped music which is playing on a loop - I did not go into the restaurant for any other meals for fear of that dreadful music! I would love to know if the same piped "elevator music" has been playing on a loop for the past 50 years or more non stop? The hotel i found to be dated like a lot of other hotels in Bournemouth - the small tv in the room lost it's picture on the second day that I was their - just reflecting the tiredness of the place - which appears to be updated in general in most areas.

Two words: Fawlty Towers There are a handful of staff who are great and the other handful who are young, inexperienced and lacking social skills. What I experienced: staff members throwing temper tantrums, dismissing gossipy childish behaviour. Nationality is not an excuse for rudeness. You took me for granted as a client.
