Newly built in 2018, Balinese style this villa, nestled in tropical greenery, offers modern facilities and professional staff. Here you can experience the exclusive 'relax and enjoy' service, especially for you! The property consists of a main house and two villas, each with two double rooms.  Enjoy your private garden with a wonderful view of native vegetation, rice fields and up to the sea.

The Villa:
The villa consists of four building complexes, a main house, the guesthouse 'Villa Deluxe', the guesthouse 'Villa Master Suite' and a separate building for our staff with an office.
The landscaped garden of the villa is lovingly decorated with natural stone walls, native plants and the typical Frangipani tree with its wonderful floral scent. A large part of the garden kept natural. Paths lead to our organic garden and to mango, coconut and banana trees.

The infinity pool is 12 m long, 4 m wide and 1.50 m deep - with entry stairs. Next to it you will find sunbeds and umbrellas. Or use the inviting gazebo for some relaxing time!

Private massage area:
The open massage wellness area invites you to enjoy relaxing massages or beauty treatments. If you like it shady, there are variable textile shades available.

This impressive property is situated in a former 3850 sqm mango and teak plantation where we incorporated native vegetation and a private fruit and vegetable garden. Local materials, individually designed furniture, paintings and sculptures by local artists testify quality and authenticity. Nearly 4000 square meters of privacy!

The villa is totally private, as a guest you have access to everything this luxury villa has to offer.

The Staff:
During your stay at the villa our experienced and English speaking team will look after you professionally. Would you like a restaurant recommendation or would you like to rent a scooter or do you need childcare? Our team will be happy to organize this for you!

If you have any questions during your stay, please contact our villa manager. He will take care of everything organizational and will support you with many tips on restaurants or excursions.

We offer all our guests a delicious breakfast everyday with local fruits, juices, tea or coffee, various egg dishes, breads and spreads. Lunch and dinner can be booked individually. You can discuss your meal wishes with our maid - typical Balinese food or on request international, child-friendly or vegetarian. All meals are prepared freshly. You are welcome to join our maid to the market or cook with her together. She will tell you a lot of interesting things about the local dishes and their ingredients. We cook typical Balinese food for you and indulge yourself in culinary delicacies. Come and be pampered. Our staff will take care of your well-being.

The location of the villa is situated near Selat on the hillside between Lovina and the former capital Singaraja. Surrounded by rice fields, coconut plantations and the original landscape, you can enjoy a wonderful view to the sea. The villa is a perfect base for city tours, trips to temples, waterfalls and markets or diving and hiking tours. The sea is only a few minutes drive away and invites you to a relaxing beach day.

Explore:
The villa is located within 10 minutes drive from Lovina center, the tourist village on the north coast of Bali. Day trips or excursions can be easily arranged during your stay in this holiday house.

The surroundings provide ample scope for exploring, discovery and activities. Beautiful beaches, dolphin trips, terraced rice fields, plantations, mountains, monkeys, temples and some nice villages and towns are close by, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This old capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you find the most spectacular waterfall of Bali, the Git Git waterfall. About 10 minutes from the villa the Buddhist monastery, Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobudur, is worth a visit, just as the famous Hot Springs or Air Panas which are 5 minutes away. You will find wonderful snorkelling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour's drive away.

Our driver will arrange for excursions to the beach, market or one of the many attractions in the area. Whether it's a beach day, unforgettable diving spots, packed lunches or child care - tell us what you want. We take care.

Denpasar:
Denpasar is the largest city on the island and capital of the province of Bali. We will happily organize the transfer from and to the airport in Denpasar with our driver.

Lovina:
The Lovina Beach with its fine black sand invites you for swimming, snorkeling, lying on the beach and relaxing. In the evening numerous bars and restaurants provide entertainment, some even with life music.
Lovina incorporates several pristine villages (Pemaron, Temukus, Tuka Mungga, Banyualite, Anturan, Kilibukbuk, Kaliasem). Visit Buddhist monasteries, Hindu temples, hot springs or imposing waterfalls in Lovina and its surroundings.

Singaraja:
Singaraja offers numerous attractions - North Bali's largest temple, Pura Agung Jagatnatha, Chinese Temple Ling Gwan Kiong or the Gedong Kirtya Historical Library - as well as various shopping and traditional markets.

Dolphin tour
Dolphin watching tours at Lovina Beach remain one of the main nature attractions of this quiet and laid back coastal town in North Bali. What this black sand beach lacks in features when compared to the beaches around the island's south, it makes up for its frequent sightings or dolphin pods that favor these calm waters. Back in the days, every sunrise, local fishermen in traditional outriggers set out for their daily catches in the bay, and so did the dolphins.
