Unit 1 is located on the first floor of this newly remodeled 1905 home that has been divided into 4 separate units, located one street over from WKU college campus. With lots of space you will have 1 bedroom (king bed) and 1 bathroom with original exposed brick + original wood work! You can enjoy a short walk to WKU Campus, downtown BG, or a short drive to everything BG has to offer. Need recommendations? JUST ASK

The space
When you walk in, you will be blown away by the very well kept original features. You will walk into the kitchen to your right and living room on your left. If your into photography or photos for yourself you will love all the picturesque areas!

You will have access to your entire unit plus the common areas, including the balcony!

Other things to note
This is a unique space, it is a historical home. There is still some charm and features for anyone that loves old mixed with new will love to see! Something else to note is there are 2 units upstairs and 2 units downstairs, you access your own space by walking in the common areas, so you may meet another guests!
