Located in the heart of downtown Boyne City. You can walk everywhere. You are located above a hip salon and spa, next door to a Latin restaurant on one side and cute boutique on the other. Walk to the water in a block, get ice cream, end your night on your private deck watching the sun set over Lake Charlevoix.
An ideal location for family and gatherings of friends. Spacious layout with Master bed in the front of the home overlooking Main Street. Watch the 4th of July parade or Boyne Thunder!


We live about 1/2 mile away and can be available if needed. Otherwise we give you your space and have a self check in system in place.

Walkable is an understatement! You are on the main street of downtown. Walk everywhere and we have 2 off street parking spaces available for you to use. Should you need more street parking is free.

Great coffee a block away! Public park across the street. Shopping, dining, grocery, beach, bike path all very accessible.

No worries about noise here- You're above a salon that closes at 9pm and bars and restraunts all close before midnight.

Condo is located on the 2nd floor. Guest parking along salon building ( 2 spots available) overflow lot 1 block away.
You are on the main street with all the action- very little need for a car if you're planning to stay in Boyne during your trip.

Large kitchen for making your own meals but if you'd rather eat out there are many restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable beds with white bedding and bathrooms stocked with Aveda products.

A new bike path was just put in this May from Boyne City to Boyne Falls about a 6 mile trip one way. Many hiking trails a short distance away.
Boyne Mountain (golf and ski) is only 6 miles away.
Petoskey and Gaylord and Charlevoix all about 25 minutes away.

Great location
Location was perfect for us. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious and clean. More than enough room for the 3 of us. I loved the Aveda products :) Everything looked newer and up to date. I left my pillow there and the property manager was very prompt on sending it back to me!Much appreciated! I would def stay here again.

We travelled from MI and were earlier familier with area. But this was best experience during Labor Day. Pros : 1) Central & Safe Location eating, walking, park. 2) Clean facility 3) Plenty of clean Towels & kitchen utilities.4) Parking closeby 5) One of the best sunset at walking distance.6) Upper Deck is awesome for gathering and enjoying the evening. Its private and overlooking the lake. Cons: 1) Stairs too Steep for anyone old or with knee issues and opens at top at very risky step. 2) Bunkbed is a neusance, I suggest to change to 2 full beds in same room. Currently its practically useless 3) Dishwasher is missing and is required.

This is a great place to stay when traveling to Boyne City! The place was clean with all the amenities you will need. Any amazing location overlooking Boyne City with a great view of the lake off the back patio! Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect!
We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, spacious and close to everything. We walked to meals, shops, the beach, and the farmers market and it was an easy drive to visit Charlevoix and Boyne mountain. We loved the outdoor patio overlooking the water and a concert on Friday night for "Stroll the Streets"! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Great little ski trip!
We had a wonderful stay here; would definitely book again. There is a 22 step stairway to reach the apartment. No problem for us but could be for others. It was too cold to use the rooftop deck but it looked so inviting!

Great stay!!!
This condo was perfect for our group of 8! We loved the location and the kids loved being able to explore town by themselves, and the rooftop deck was a great space to relax after our days adventures. Plenty of room for 8 is us to sleep and the place in general was really comfy and cozy! Having 2 bathrooms was clutch with so many of us getting ready in the morning. We didn’t end up need anything from our host during our stay, but she was easy to get ahold of and replied quickly when I had a question prior to our arrival. If we are in the Boyne area again we will definitely book this condo again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The roof-top-deck was awesome and as we were able to watch the band in back during the Stroll the Streets Friday events. Host was very responsive when we sent questions and flexible to help us with our extended stay in Boyne City. We will return!

Great Getaway
This property was perfect for our family. It is right in town with convenient off street parking, which is a must in a resort town. The deck was perfect and there was a band right out back which provided great entertainment. The host was super nice and helped us out when we discovered we booked the wrong days. All in all, a terrific weekend.
