The space: This gorgeous 3100 sqft home was designed especially for your stay away from home. Fully furnished and a dining/entertainment room looking out to your very own backyard oasis, which is equipped with a heated pool, jacuzzi and tiki hut. Fully fenced for your privacy, the backyard is the perfect space for enjoying a day of swimming or relaxing in the evening.

The living room is designed to flow directly into the fully equipped, open kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen also includes all the basic necessities, pots & pans, dishes & silverware, that you would need to cook a nice meal during your stay.

The bedrooms consists of 3 large master bedrooms with king size beds, TVs and it's own bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The 5th bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, additional twin bed, and TV for the little ones to share.

Other amenities includes full cable and Wi-Fi access available throughout the house. Also available for use: 2 bicycles & helmet, 2 fishing rod & gear, travel crib and high chair. The house has enough parking for 4 cars.

Modern House, Resort style backyard

The house was an amazing find for my son’s Spring Break. We had 11 people, 3 couples and 5 boys aged 15-20. The house has 3 en suite bedrooms which was perfect. We didn’t leave the house much as it provided our greatest entertainment. The pool, hot tub, and Tiki hut made us feel like we were at a resort. There were (2) full size refrigerators which were perfect for us as we cooked quite a bit. The drum set and karaoke setup were a great touch. We had a fabulous time and this is one of the best rental houses we have stayed at.

Perfect for our needs!

Our family was in town for a wedding and booked this fun house so we could be together. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The space was excellent. My elderly parents were comfortable in the first floor bedroom. The pool space was amazing. The house was wonderfully supplied with everything we needed, including big beach towels. The property manager met us and showed us everything we needed. When we had questions he got back to us immediately. We were close to our wedding venue and all shopping. The only issue is that the neighborhood had some areas that could have been nicer. However, we would not hesitate to return!

Great Large Group Property

This was a great house for our three families (10 total, 7 adults and 3 kids) to stay in. It was a perfect location for what we needed to get to and very easy to find. The pool was wonderful and the outdoor living set up was great for lounging and enjoying the property. Inside is a ton of space with roomy bedrooms, a comfortable living room, very large dining table and well stocked kitchen. We had one small issue that the property manager came and resolved for us within an hour. This was one of our best rentals we've ever had. If we ever have the need to again, we would certainly rent again.

Amazing Trip

What an awesome spot for our family vacation! The multi levels of the house and numerous bathrooms throughout, was absolutely ideal for our 3 different families to spread out a bit. The pool and backyard are perfect for to relax at any hour of the day/night. The house was very clean and Kenny was very responsive for the few times i needed to contact him. Perfect central location to visit North or South of the area on the east coast. Would absolutely stay here again!

WOW! Wonderful home!

This place was one of the best and most comfortable VRBO's i've rented. Kenny is super accommodating and responsive. The property is nicely updated and had plenty of room for three families traveling together to spread out. The pool was glorious and the backyard soo inviting! I highly recommend and would love to be able to stay again. Thank you for everything Kenny!

Very clean with awesome back yard

We had a great time vacationing at this property. Very close to a clean beach with parking. We loved all the extras...karaoke machine, speakers outside, grill, mini golf in the back yard, and the fact that the home came with laundry soap, body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms, and a ton of towels. Kenny was nice and responsive, he came to help me figure out the lighting and wifi. I would recommend this property again, for sure.

Neighborhood Oasis

Awesome stay in Boynton Beach. The house is beautiful, big kitchen, eating area. My only note would be there's not enough seating in the living room; needs another couch or two. The real showstopper is the backyard. Plenty of room for eight adults to stretch out and relax. The patio and eating area was wonderful and the shade provided the perfect respite from the sun. The bluetooth speakers kept the music going and the pool and hot tub were so great we barely left the house! Kenny met us for the check-in, it was very convenient. The best part was our grocery delivery beat us there and Kenny accepted the order for us, which was awesome. We did have a slight issue with the rain, but the customer service was top notch and our issue was addressed very quickly and satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this property and management team for a wonderful family vacation!!

Outstanding!!!

We have ranted this property a couple of times and will do so again. I honestly use this location as a measure for others since staying here the first time. On arrival you can tell that the owners have a genuine concern for those renting from them. Everything is well stocked and furnished amazingly. The 5 kids ranging from 4-10 years old love the pool and the house. They stay busy and go to bed tired. The pool is very well managed and grill space is spectacular, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space for large families. I highly recommend this location for larger families and kids. You will be happy no doubt about it. Thanks so much for a great stay and look forward to future stays!

Family Reunion for 95th Birthday

The property accommodated our group very well! It is very unique to find a house with 4 out of 5 bedrooms with King beds and 4 1/2 baths! It was great to be able to stock the house with food and make dinner and have seating for our large group. Also hanging out at the house outside by the pool made it easy to visit with everyone. Those that wanted to had a quick ride to the beach. Only issue was one bathroom lacked hot water and the smoke detector in the kitchen needed a battery replacement. I am guessing that this has been attended to. My Dad the 95 year old also enjoyed the golf putting green! We would surely recommend the property and use it again!

Great home & pool area!

The bedrooms are set off from one another, giving a feeling of privacy. The kitchen is up-to-date there's no shortage of TVs, even outside! I'll note that the two bedrooms on the lower floor did not get any internet signal at all and the router needed to be unplugged & started again multiple times. The king size bed in the room with the glass sliding door to the pool area has a mattress with broken springs. The property manager told us that a new mattress has been ordered - so make sure that that has happened.
