I had high hopes for this hotel when we first checked in. Staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The breakfast was also good though lacking in fresh options. However it is close to the gas station and train tracks. There were trains running all night and constantly blaring their horns. There were also a lot of loud people arguing out side all throughout the night. I barely got any sleep. I also wish they monitored the pool better. My daughter and I went in and there were two families playing with a beach ball that I believe wasn't allowed. It kept hitting us in the head. Their kids were also out of control. At one point four adults took 5 kids, most under 2, into the hot tub. Several other guests came down in swim gear, saw the full hot tub, and left. It was miserable, and while I know this is on the parents I wish hotel staff were better able to monitor these issues. There were also no towels poolside in the morning. We'll be staying somewhere else on our next trip.

There are active train tracks very close by, so you do hear that through the night, but I love trains so for me that was a bonus! Room was clean and comfy, bed was comfy and the staff were all very friendly.

Very nice facility, only complaint I had was being on the 1st the people above us on the 2nd floor were sure stomping their feet and creating a lot of noise. No fault of the hotel its self. Very nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. Very happy and would recommend and stay there again.

The stay was great. The location was perfect for me. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and property was clean. There was just a couple of things I didn’t like. The bed pillows are TERRIBLE pillows. The second thing I didn’t care for was the TV options. Basic digital tv by Spectrum which didn’t have a lot of variety.

I was there for a week and had to request clean sheets. I had a bloody nose due to the dryness and when I told the staff they just covered it up instead of putting clean sheets on. The desk agent was embarrassed and got my sheets cleaned.
