Each unit features a spacious living room, large open design and very spacious open deck. Just one very short block to the beach, the unit provides the ultimate in convenience. Walk to the beach or a short stroll to Bridge Street with many dining, shopping and bars - a car may not even be necessary. This duplex will sleep a total of twelve with a King, 2 Queens , 2 sleeper sofas and 2 twins.

These units have upgrades featuring wood floors, stainless steel appliances. Relax in the evenings on the large open deck with view of the Gulf. Slight bay views are offered from the upstairs unit.

Dogs are allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. No cats please.
