Cross the Cortez bridge and you are on beautiful Anna Maria Island featuring 7 miles of sugar sand beaches.

This one bedroom unit is roomy and well-furnished. The open floor plan utilizes the space well and has everything you need to make your getaway special. You will want to brag to your friends about this perfect haven and everyone will want to make Banyan a regular part of future vacations.

You probably won't want to leave this relaxing home away from home, but if you decide to do some exploring, feel free to walk the neighborhood and enjoy lovely views of the water and the Marina at the end of the street. This property is a little off the beaten path but it's very clean and totally worth the money to be such a short trip to the beaches. if you can't handle stairs, this isn't for you. It is a very cute, eclectic, easy place to stay. you'll feel at home as soon as you walk in.

Clean and quiet property
My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this location. We found everything we needed and appreciated having access to laundry facilities. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood with a little park just a few blocks away. The only downside of the location was the long line of traffic getting to the beach each day, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the lovely area and we would be happy to rent this place again if we were in the area.

Great place, very clean. No issue with it but one. Down stairs people very noisy. Beware sounds travels through house easily. Most annoying slamming doors at 6 AM to 7 AM getting ready for work.
