Welcome to Shorewalk . 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo maximum occupancy of 4 people is located on the popular Shorewalk Vacation Villas Resort in West Bradenton. Our stunning two bedroom, two bath upstairs stylishly furnished condo will give you the ultimate vacation experience at this ever popular resort. Fabulous lake views can be seen from the Master Suite, Living area and off course the screened Lanai.
Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amenities at Shorewalk Vacation Villas include 2 heated community pools, 2 Jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, Pickle ball, ping pong table, shuffle board , a children's playground, 2 over sized gas BBQ grills and pool billiard. All amenities are free. The property is only 5 miles away from the soft white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. The IMG Academy is 5 driving minutes from the condo. Shorewalk Vacation Villas is in a great location to take advantage of everything that Sarasota, Bradenton has to offer and of course the beaches on Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key. In addition to strolling the beach or biking on the island, you can enjoy all of the cultural activities, shops and great restaurants in the area. At the end of the day, listen to the gentle breezes of the swaying palms and enjoy the spectacular sunsets as you unwind with your favorite beverage. The Property is ideally situated close to all Shops, Restaurants, Bars and local amenities. Water sports are close by with endless activities for all the family, from Kayaking to Jet Ski rentals, why not try out a guided Dolphin Watch tour either by Boat or Jet Ski. The Beaches of Venice are a short drive South, Venice is famous for the Ringling Brothers Circus winter home, and kids will love searching for Sharks Teeth on the beach. Sarasota also offers the Ringling Museum of Art, Mote Marine Aquarium and a host of other activities. For Beaches Siesta Key is always worth a visit, each year Siesta Key Beach is crowned the beach with the Worlds Whitest Sand. Or try Kayaking at Myakka River State Park, a Greta day out for all the Family.

Shorewalk at AMI

We loved staying here! The condo was updated and clean. Check in/out process was easy. Property manager was quick to respond to any problems that were an easy fix. Short drive to AMI. Close to Walmart and Publix. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Pools were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Interior of property was remodeled. Beach chairs were in bad condition and umbrella was broken We had to buy ourselves new ones. Also both toilets did not flush correctly.

Delightful 5 Day Vacation

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Wonderful location, lovely and very clean apartment. Three televisions and a beautiful view of a pond , graced with a water spout. Quiet and peaceful grounds and a condo manager extremely helpful and attentive. Attending a lacrosse tournament and can’t wait to return next year.

Week vacation

Great place to stay. Very updated and posting was accurate about description of condo. The only thing is the drive to the beach did take longer due to traffic but that is to be expected. We would recommend this condo and plan to return.

Everything we needed

We loved our stay at this condo. We were a group of moms traveling with our athlete kids for a competition. We could comfortably cook in this unit, which had great kitchen tools available (whisks, blender, electric kettle…) The updated bathrooms were very nice. We settled in quickly in the homey condo. We hope to return next year!

Beach holiday

The property and location were very much as expected, as it was our third visit to Shorewalk and little has changed since our first visit. The only observations that I would like to make are as follows :- * the water pressure in both bathrooms was very low, especially in the sinks. * the beach equipment was poor, especially compared to our stays in other apartments. There were only two beach chairs and these were unsuitable for aged visitors. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you.

Better than I imagined it would be

Beautiful condo, key code for door so no keys required. Ample parking, short walk to the pools, clubhouse, tennis and Pickleball courts. Nice balcony with lake view. Exit the property onto Cortez Street. Go over the drawal bridge and you are at Anna Marie, Cortez, coquina and Bradenton beaches. Not far from downtown Bradenton and the river walk. Wish I could come back next year but condo all ready booked.

Just as listed close to shopping and food. Beautiful unit and neighborhood. Everything needed for the beach was included. The beach drive was 15-20 minutes. AM Island was nice, my advice for those visiting would be to explore the entire island, a lot to offer.

Great property

This property was wonderful. There were plenty of linens , it was close to the pool, and there was lots to do. We had just about everything we needed and it was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. Our only suggestion would be to have a garbage disposal installed.

Great experience. Everything was as described. Santa Anna beach was best choice of 3 great beaches with regard to traffic, access and amenities. Only suggestion would be more bed pillows. If we had not brought some of our own, we would have had to buy some. We would definitly stay ther again.

Great place to stay

We have stayed a various other condos at shore walk….but this is by far the cleanest. Most importantly the master bed is comfortable! Walking distance to grocery store(1 block)…dollar store, Applebee’s, cvs , outback…etc…..great location, quiet and safe. Yvon is a great manager and easy to work with and quickly responds! Would stay here again!

Everything was perfect just as advertised plus filtered water from fridge and laundry in the unit was a bonus. Nothing negative to say... had one small issue and Yvon, the property manager, handled it quickly and went above and beyond to take care of it. Couldn't have had a better stay. So close to IMG Academy too... this proved to be very convenient. Just hope this unit is available next time we return.

Pristine, Perfect location for active family

Booking online was quick and easy. Owner promptly sent us a message with instructions and the day before check in he even sent a message wishing us a safe trip. Check-in/check-out instructions we’re clear and concise. Keyless entry was easy and convenient. Pools, basketball court, and tennis courts were within steps of the condo - important for our active family! Clubhouse staff was friendly and helpful. Grocery store was within walking distance. We were impressed with the supplies, cookware, and dinnerware provided at the condo. Washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient and very nice. Lanai/balcony was peaceful as it overlooked a pond with a fountain. Grounds were well maintained and beautiful.

Great Stay!

Yvon, the property manager was amazing! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and more (beach chairs, toys, towels, etc.). This felt like our home away from home. The location was superb...close to restaurants, walking distance to grocery stores, and a 10 min. drive to beautiful beaches. We could not have asked for a better experience. We look forward to our next stay!
