Pool/Spa Settings are all scheduled. When purchased ($25/day), Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees from 9am to 7pm. However, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Perfect!!!

House was elegantly “beachy,” in a great neighborhood, central to everything you would need to stay. Beaches are minutes away, fabulous restaurants are nearby, close to grocery stores, and convenience stores, and anything else you would need. Neighborhood is peaceful, and quiet, and felt like home. The house is spacious, rooms are neat and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. The pool is great, there is a grill for your use, and the back patio will make you never want to leave the house! The hosts are amazing, and very accessible for any issues you may have, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids, and coolers for those beach days, so you won’t have to buy things you can’t take home which is HUGE in my book! 5 stars for sure!!!!

Amazing location if you wanna be minutes from AMI

We had a great stay. Spent 6 days on AMI, at different beaches and explored the island. Walked down and saw several manatees and several dolphins swimming together. The house is stocked with everything you need for the beach and to cook and relax with your family!

Great property and greatest host!!

We had the best experience, from the check in process to our whole stay. The house was immaculate, the decor, size and accommodations were perfect. We had 11 people and a pet, and it was amazingly comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay look no further. My pet is part of my family and finding a bowl there for her was icing in the cake! Host was communicative, accommodating and very sweet. They truly thought of everything you need on a vacation home!!!! If I could give 1k stars I would!!! Thank you for everything ❤️ the Lima family

Great location!

Great neighborhood! Close to AMI, groceries and things to do. House is very spacious and pool and patio were exactly what we were hoping for. So nice to have a large garage, lots of nice beach chairs and toys, and a washer and dryer. House needs a really good deep clean including patio, and beds and couch were not very comfortable. Overall, highly recommend. Property owner was great!

We had a great time at this Vrbo. The amenities were great. They had umbrella, Beach toys, a wagon, coolers,,,, everything needed for a day at the beach. The host always responded quickly. Great area. We loved it. 15 minutes from most beaches.

Roomy house in nice area

The house had plenty of room, but! If you like hard beds this place is for you! The pool is nice, but the pool area should be cleaner. Ceilings fans on the patio were covered in dust and dirt. No garbage disposal. The Foosball table is fragile, we didn’t use because we were afraid we would break it. All you need if you have a 1-3 year old. Worked for us. Plenty of beds! Lots of stuff for the beach, a plus! Plenty of towels for the pool and beach. Best beach is a 5 mile drive, it was great. Owner was a fantastic communicator! Almost instant responses. Beds were too hard for us, we won’t be back.

Hurricane Ian Escape that felt like home

It was horrible, we had lost power and internet for days already and Trinh’s place thankfully was available and had everything we needed plus it was very stylish. Love the extremely comfortable mattress. Us forty-somethings can’t sleep well on soft saggy mattresses. This was just like home. We slept like a baby. Air conditioning cooled perfectly, quiet and didn’t stink. I’ve stayed in so many not great VRBOs. It was truly wonderful during such an awful time to come across a place that felt like home.

Perfect house for a great family vacation

The property was perfect for our family. It was clean, clutter free, beautiful, fully stocked with what we needed: towels, beach supplies, bath and kitchen items, all sleeping needs. The bunk room was great for our older kids with the larger beds. The pool was really fun, and the covered space was clutch to protect from bugs. Trihn was the best manager I’ve ever worked with. Soooo responsive, kind and helpful. Such appreciation for our great family trip. So many wonderful memories made. Thank you!

Beautiful property in beautiful location

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway with family. The home was very clean, modern and spacious. My party had four adults and one teenager, and the home accommodated us with plenty of room to spare. The property is located very close to local beaches and has a large, heated pool for when we didn't want to travel out. I'd recommend this property for anyone wanting to getaway to some fun in the sun without sacrificing any of the creature comforts of home. The check-in process was easy, and the owner was very responsive and friendly. 5 stars, all the way.

Great House to Connect & Relax

Highly recommend

Wonderful rental! It was very clean and had lots of room for everyone to spread out. The host was amazing at getting back to us with answers. There is no cable, but we were there to relax and visit family, so not too big of a deal. The pool is absolutely fantastic! We had a terrific experience and would stay again if returning to Bradenton.
