Extra facilities for the room can be collected at our 24 hour reception desk such as extra pillows, towels and tea/ coffee making facilities. The air con is set to blow out cool air due to the time of year however I appreciate the British weather can't always be relied on. If you are cold in the room please let reception know so we can provide you with additional duvets, blankets or a heater to make your stay more comfortable.
