Our private patio invites you to unwind and soak in the stunning lake views. Docking facilities allow you to make the most of your Gull Lake experience. The unit accommodates guests with two queen beds each in seporate bedrooms, a sofa, and you're welcome to bring a blow-up mattress. Consider this your home away from home!

Guest Access:
Upon booking, guests will receive instructions for the keypad code for their door. Enter the building from the lakeside and head up the stairs to find your unit on the left. Garage access is granted via a keypad for the third stall from the left; the code will be provided after booking. The laundry room can be accessed on the lower level, using the exterior street-side door. Guests have access to the dock and a designated spot to tie up their boat once the ice clears and the docks are installed for the season. DOCK REMOVAL:
We want to inform you that the scheduling of dock installation and removal at our Gull Lake property is subject to both weather conditions and dock service availability. Generally, we aim to have the docks in place for your enjoyment from late spring through early fall. However, as the cooler months approach and ice formation on the lake becomes likely, we arrange for the docks to be removed to ensure safety and maintain the quality of our facilities. This usually happens in late fall, but precise timing may vary from year to year based on weather forecasts and the schedule of our dock service providers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this seasonal adjustment. Thank you.

Fantastic stay
This rental was exactly as described. Excellent location right on the water, a nice restaurant/bar within a few minute walk, well maintained property- absolutely loved the entire stay. The rental was spacious with a nice kitchen. I will definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfortable, The condo needs a little updating , however it looked like they were in the process. Close to Ernie’s, which was awesome.

The apartment was not clean by the windows, patio door, and in the corners of most rooms. Lots of cob webs and dirt. Patio door did not even lock. Vey disappointed. Says the place could sleep 7 but barely enough dishes for 4 people. Barely enough towels for 4 of us also. Couch had a piece of plywood under the cushions. Disappointed at many things. Feel like a small refund would be warranted.
