Ideally located 800m from the sea and 9km from Bastia, the studio is in the heart of the pedestrian village of Mausoléo.
You have the possibility of going down on foot by a small path to the village of Erbalunga where you will find all the small shops useful for your stay.

The village is entirely pedestrian cars are parked outside the village!

The studio is air conditioned and comfortable a little haven of peace to spend a vacation in the heart of a typical and authentic village.

The studio is arranged as a mini loft on 3 levels:
level 0: the kitchen and the dining room
level 1: the mezzanine with the sleeping area of 8m2
level -1: the living room

It gives directly on the stone terrace of 45m2 on the ground floor with barbecue and a comfortable cabin for children. The terrace is shaded and you have a nice summer kitchen to enjoy your outdoors.

Parfait
Tout confort avec une propriétaire au petit soin pour ses locataires. Avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue à notre arrivée. Le seul bémol, une plage de galets et non de sable. Sinon je recommende sans hésiter.

Séjour agréable, joli petit jardin
Delphine nous a accueilli gentiment et a répondu très vite à nos questions. Nous avons surtout apprécié le petit jardin. L’appartement est situé en haut du village et il faut monter plusieurs escaliers pour y arriver. C’était un peu dur avec nos bagages et avec la chaleur. Cela n’empêche pas que le séjour a été agréable !

Ambiance authentique de village
Petit nid cosy, très bien équipé, dans une veille maison de charme. Delphine est attentive à notre confort et sais trouver les adresses qui nous font passer un bon séjour (resto le pirate) ainsi que les endroits à découvrir dans le cap. N'hésitez pas à venir séjourner.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und spezielles Studio
Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien hier verbracht. Das Studio ist klein, aber fein. Modern aber gemütlich. Der Aussenbereich ist gerade im Sommer sehr wertvoll und macht das Studio - nebst den 2 Etagen im Inneren zu etwas ganz Speziellem. Das Dörfchen Mausoleo ist etwas erhöht gelegen und still. Zum Einkaufen oder für die Restaurants gehts in 15 Minuten zu Fuss ins malerische, kleine Städtchen Erbalunga runter (rauf ist steil...). 2 Betten sind in einem kleinen Holzkabäuschen, wo es (noch) keine Klimaanlage hatte und wir hatten eine krasse Hitzewelle (Juli 2018). Die Vermieterin plant aber das "Cabane" nachzurüsten.

Nous avons apprécié les petits cadeaux de bienvenue, la cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée, la salle de bain récente, la climatisation surtout la nuit par les fortes chaleurs, la terrasse et son barbecue, et la place de parking de la propriétaire. Super séjour chez Delphine
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au studio. Très bien aménagé rien ne manque. La cour est très appréciable malgré qu'il y ait eu du bruit (musique et télé) des personnes habitant au dessus. La cabane avec les 2 lits superposés est sympa pour les jeunes. Le village de Mausoléo est superbe ainsi que ses environs. C'était Super de descendre à Erbalunga à pied par le sentier. Nous conseillons vivement et c'est sûr nous y reviendrons. Très bon souvenir.
