Book a stay at The Gathering Grounds! Perfectly named, since it will be the place your group retreats to gather together for meals, great conversation, family time, movie night, and restful sleep! You will not be disappointed. This 2400 square foot, open, spacious condo is one of the largest in Pointe Royale. We have stocked it with everything you need for the perfect Branson Getaway. Once you step inside, you will not want to leave. 2 King Bedrooms are located on the main floor with 2 bathrooms. The master King Suite on the main level has direct access to the balcony to provide gorgeous views of the Lake Taneycomo, the playground, and the Ozark Mountains. Cook all you meals in our spacious fully stocked kitchen. This condo is unique from many others because we have 4 bedrooms along with 2 living rooms. So much space! A second loft living room is a great space for your kiddos to retreat for fun and games! 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. One upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and in the other bedroom you'll find 2 full beds and a twin trundle. We also have a portable trifold memory foam queen mattress that can sleep extra guests on the floor of your choice:) When not enjoying the beautiful condo, you can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and hot tub, playground, dog park, fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more. Lake Taneycomo and the playground are under a 2 minute stroll from the condo. Your vacation retreat is awaiting!

We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Lake Taneycomo. Enjoy features like an indoor pool, a gym and a water park. The condo offers a kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

Beautiful, spacious and definitely relaxing. Kids enjoyed the trout fishing and the upstairs bedrooms and living area. Plenty of room for all three of them. Large comfortable bedroom for adults, great kitchen plus a coffee bar. We will definitely book this again.

Family Fun Vacation
This property was perfect for our family get away in Branson. The home is spacious, has very comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. It is located just a few minutes drive away from all the main attractions of Branson. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the deck over-looking the nearby river. Our kids loved swimming in the pool that is included in the amenities.

Thanksgiving get away
Booked the condo for 12 people in our family aged 7-69. Went to Dixie stampede, golfed on the point royale course, went to silver dollar city, and went to let there be lights show. This condo is excellent for 12 people. Master bedroom on lower floor just off of living room has king bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub. 2nd bedroom on ground floor has king bed with bathroom just outside bedroom. Fully supplied kitchen is downstairs with table and chairs for 6 there. Another table with 6 chairs in living room area. Upstairs has a bedroom with 2 queen beds, another bedroom with 2 single beds with a trundle pullout. A bathroom upstairs and an area with a hide a bed and tv. Also there is a fold out foam mattress upstairs for extra sleeping. All rooms have tv’s. Washer and dryer in condo also. Laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo and conditioner and everything else you need is there. Also fake fireplace in living area. Very secure area and right next to river with trout fishing. Plenty of parking as we brought 4 vehicles. I would recommend this unit for a wonderful stay in Branson and you are only minutes from all activities in branson

Great Space for all ages
No complaints. Unit is SUPER well stocked with anything you may need. Location is great, particularly if you want to utilize access to a playground for littles, or waterfront for fishing/exploring. Unit is on second level so be prepared to go up about 20 stairs. Very quiet location. Could easily squeeze 16 people here if folks willingly sleep double. TVs are ample - upstairs TVs were a little bit slow but worked fine once they got to what we were trying to watch. Lots of streaming services logged in. Great space for storage and spreading out. Upstairs gets a little warm during the day so make sure you keep doors closed and fans running. Owner is super easy to work with and very accommodating!
