Upon arrival, we were greeted and welcomed with a smile. The staff were clear and informative regarding the location of the rooms, parking and services of the facility. The rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable. Facility was quiet a d location was ideal.

Poorly lit with minimal comfort
The hallways, room, and bathroom were all poorly lit with very low wattage LED's. There was not a comforter on the bed and they said they do not have any. Instead, they used a flat sheet, a thin velour throw and another flat sheet. Horrible for sleeping comfort.

The breakfast area was problematic because patrons would have to cross outside from room to the office and then go down a set of stairs. Of course this was inconvenient but could not be helped due to the design of the motel layout in Branson.

It’s right in the middle of the main strip so a lot of things are in walking distance. The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was how hard the mattresses where and they charge $40 for an extra blanket. It’s only thin sheets on the bed so we made due.

Spa and Pool was open spa you could see the skin of the past people that been in it for the past six months prolly and went too bbq came back left food by tv took kids too swim maybe 45 mins and came back too eat it had 4 cockroaches on my food went too front desk as wife was pack up lost money on food and groceries and lady at front desk asked if I wanted some spray too spray bugs I said no I would like money back or diff room she found us a new room still had too inspect for roaches so watching getting food to go might cost u more than u think ooo and they gave me 1 day stay for free!! But still don’t make it ok

Pleasant Surprise
After leaving our previous hotel a night early in dismay, we chose the BW Center Pointe and were very pleased. While the facility is neither new nor fancy it is very clean and well maintained. It is also very conveniently located along the Strip, but sits far enough back to be quiet. As a great value, it will become a regular part of our future Branson trips.

Very nice and clean room. The shower may need a new shower head and it could use more water pressure for sure. And the ceiling around the exhaust fan in the bathroom could use a cleaning. Other than those minor things it is a great room.

My family stays here every year on our annual family trip to Branson. We have never had any problems with this hotel. It is always clean, well-kept, and staffed with very friendly, helpful people. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Branson area.

We reserved room asking for queen size beds and got a room with two double size beds so we had to sleep in separate beds to have room to move .. this was very disappointing. We have never gotten a room with double size bed.. only thing good was there was 2 beds .
